Kentucky Supreme Court reverses Appeal Court ruling on state’s domain name seizures

The Kentucky Supreme Court has reversed the Kentucky Appeals court’s decision that dismissed governor’s Beshear’s attempt to seize 141 online domain names related to online poker, casinos and other gaming operators.
